Summary
Sandy’s summer starts out like any other, with a trip to his grandfather’s tree farm in Maine. But, along the way, he encounters things he never thought possible. Bears… helicopters… cinnamon… Adventure awaits Sandy and his family as they unexpectedly detour into Black Forest State Park and make their way through obstacle after obstacle with the help of the plain folk. Sandy makes it through his journey safely and makes new discoveries about himself, his family, and his abilities along the way.
